Where do you ship?

At this time, we only offer shipping via our Chofu or ELC campus. This service is available to ASIJ students, teachers, and staff and coordinated between our volunteers and the divisional offices at school. 

We plan to offer more shipping options during phase 2 of our launch.

What does shipping cost?

At this time, shipping is free. Your order will be sent home with your child. 

How does shipping work?

At checkout, please select SHIP. On the following screen, you will be able to select the best divisional office to arrange package delivery to your child. 

- HS and MS students will pick up orders at the office.

- ES and ELC orders will be routed through your child's teacher.

When will I get my order?

Once an order is accepted, our volunteers will process your order. In general, packages will be sent home by the Friday following your order. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is delivered to the divisional office requested.
