How can I select the right size?

Please use the size charts offered with each item of apparel to ensure the right size is selected. In many cases, it works best to compare the measurement of our items with a favorite item from your own closet.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

What if my product is damaged?

If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at spiritwear@pta.asij.ac.jp within 7 days of receipt. Please send a detailed photo of the damage with the order number.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not permit exchanges of any products.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order after you have placed it.
